2. Click 'Login' on the upper right section of the website.

3. Click the 'forgot password?' button.

4. Enter your account email.

5. View the reset confirmation on your email.

6. Click on the link provided.

7. Enter your new password and re-type it underneath. It should match. A red indicator underneath will display if the passwords do not match.

8.Click on 'Update and Log in.'

9. You have successfully reset your Freshdesk password. Should you forget again, you may refer to this article and repeat the procedure.
